EMEK is a labour market research and HR consulting boutique helping employers make confident, data-driven decisions on hiring, compensation, and workforce development.

We are a young and ambitious team with experience on both sides of the labour market – as in-house HR leaders, recruiters, and consultants. EMEK was founded to close a very practical gap: companies need clear answers about people and talent, not abstract PowerPoint decks.

Today we support employers across Türkiye, Europe, the GCC and Central Asia with market intelligence, HR advisory, recruitment, training, and employer participation in specialized industry exhibitions. Our work is designed to be understandable for all stakeholders – from HR and line managers to finance teams, auditors, and banks conducting due diligence.

We focus on one thing: turning fragmented HR questions into structured, verifiable deliverables – reports, dashboards, shortlists, and training outcomes that can be directly used in decision-making and external reviews.
